The Conservative Party has proposed plans to make 18 to 21 year olds not in education, work or training do community service before they can claim their benefits.
Young people not in education, work or training will have to do a minimum of 30 hours community service before they can claim their benefits. This is the promise the Conservatives have made ahead of the election in May.
