Three men appear in court following Nottingham City centre murder

Police-tape-cordonsThree men have appeared in court charged with violent disorder, following the death of a Nottingham teenager in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Muhamad Adman, Callum Ibrahim (both 22) and Azeem Khan (28) have appeared in court today charged with violent disorder and have been remanded in custody. Another man who is in police custody is being questioned on suspicion of murder.

Two other men, aged 19 and 20, have been bailed after being arrested on suspicion of affray, while a 23 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder but has now been granted bail.

Tributes have poured in for victim Joshua Bradley over social media. 19 year-old Joshua, of Bulwell, was considered one of the best athletes to have come out of Benny’s Boxing Club, Nottingham. He had trained as a boxer since the age of 12 and won the English Schoolboy Championships at the young age of just 14.

The news of his death comes just days after a survey was released by Nottingham Crime & Drugs Partnership.

The survey claims that the Nottingham population feels safer than ever and that more than half feel safe on the streets at night.
