A Nottingham nutritionist is offering tips for success to the millions of people who join the gym in January but have given up by February.
Paul Taylor explains that making “small, manageable changes” is far better than drastic diets and unachievable workouts.
He expanded further to say that new gym-goers should set “small goals” and that the new regime should be “for the long term” to be beneficial.
Mr Taylor also urged people to try a range of different training and diets, stating that “different people respond to different things”.
The NHS has revealed that only 1 in 10 New Years resolutions will be kept, prompting them to release 10 tips to try and help more people achieve their goals.
