New Hispanic library opens at Nottingham school

school storyRise Park Primary School have opened a new Hispanic library as part of their on-going pairing with Manuel Vallejo school in Columbia.

Modern subject leader, Sandra Blakesley said : “Its a culmination of wanting to have a shared space, and be a focus for the spanish curriculm. 

“Its developed over time to help us learn from each other as schools its really about two way learning.”

The library’s named after famous Columbian Author – Manuel Mejia Vallejo.

Walter and Astrid from the South American School are spending a week at Rise Park Primary School to encourage the children to learn Spanish.
