A community run café in Kimberley is offering residents a helping hand with their finances. Volunteers are available weekly at Rumbletums.
Rumbletums in Newdigate Street has launched a new initiative in partnership with Nottingham Credit Union, a not-for-profit organisation that offers small loans with low interest rates.
The café turns into an information point every Tuesday morning, where 14 fully-trained volunteers will be offering information about the range of services by Nottingham Credit Union.
The café was set up three years ago to offer training and work experience placements to young people with learning disabilities.
The drop-in surgeries will be open from 10am until 12pm every Tuesday in an attempt to help people struggling with their finances to get back on their feet.
